This elaborate septum nose ring features a large, central crystal with an intricate bead and wire design to either side. The 22 gauge hoop is made in gold plated sterling silver and has an external diameter of 7mm. The balls measure 2mm, while the crystal is 3mm and is a clear, cubic zirconia.
