Returns Policy

You can return any product for exchange or store credit up until 15th January 2020. Want a refund? Our usual 30 day returns period applies

30 Day Returns

Easy peasy, you can return any goods, for any reason, within 30 days.  Unfortunately you can't return personalised goods, or pierced goods which are no longer in their sealed packaging, but everything else is not a problem.  This does not affect your statutory rights, and includes the 14 day statutory cooling off period.  If you would like to cancel an order you will receive a full refund within 14 days of cancelling and returning your products to us. Please note that we do not cover the postage cost of returning unless the item is faulty.

How Do I Return My Order?

In order to return your jewellery within 30 days, please click here and log in to your account. This will allow you to select the items you wish to return. This will only take a couple of minutes, and can be from your phone, tablet or computer! We would advise you use a recorded method of posting the goods back to us.

received a free gift with your order?
Sometimes we run offers that allow customers to get a free piece of jewellery with an order. If you took advantage of this type of offer and now want to return your items, you must also return the free gift you received in order to get a full refund. We reserve the right to retain the value of the free gift as shown on the jewellerybox website if you choose to keep the free gift while returning the rest of your order


We believe that our products are not only excellent value but also of the highest quality! We do understand that there may be the odd occasion when there may be something wrong with the item you have ordered.


If the item was delivered less than 30 days ago and the item is faulty, we are happy to offer you a replacement, exchange or refund. Proof of purchase will be required. The item may need to be returned to us prior to any action being taken.


If you have had the item for less than 6 months and it is faulty, the item will need to be returned to us so we can assess the damage. If possible we will repair the item, if not we will offer a replacement, exchange or a gift card. Unfortunately wear and tear is not included and you will need to provide us with with your original order number/confirmation email and/or invoice.


If an item is faulty after the first 6 months then we may be able to repair it or offer a replacement, however you may be required to prove that the item was faulty when it was delivered. Again wear and tear is not included and we will need you to provide us with with your original order number/confirmation email and/or invoice.


It is likely that we may be able to repair the item, if so then we will be happy to do so. You would need to provide us with your original order number and/or proof.
