how it works

1. click the person icon at the top of the website and press 'recycle'

2. log in to your jewellerybox account

3. select which items from your order history you would like to recycle and press ‘confirm’

4. we’ll issue you a freepost returns label and recycling number so that you can return these items to us free of charge

5. print label and package the items securely with your recycling number included inside the parcel. return them via a post box or your local post office

6. once we receive your items and they’ve been verified, we’ll send you an email with your discount code for you to use on your next order
