When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before our daily cut-off at 4pm UK time are almost always dispatched the same working day.
Engraved orders may occasionally take longer if they're placed close to the shipping cut off, but we do prioritise orders with Next Working Day postage
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the shipping service you choose at checkout and your delivery location. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and in your order confirmation email.
For our UK Free shipping, it typically takes 3-4 working days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, usually. If you’ve selected a tracked service, we’ll email you tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
For orders in the UK, all orders are trackable via Royal Mail. For international orders, not all shipping methods offer tracking, but this will be made clear in checkout
Will I have to pay customs or import charges?
We aim to cover all customs charges at checkout. We automatically cover all customs and taxes for orders to France Germany and other EU destinations.
Outside of these, we cannot guarantee there will be no customs charges or local taxes.
My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?
Tracking can take a little while to update after dispatch. If there’s been no movement for longer than expected, contact our customer service team and we’ll investigate.
Are personalised or engraved items delivered in the same timeframe?
Most of the time yes. There may be situations where the order was placed too close to our shipping cut-off for the jeweller to be able to complete it in time, but we usually get engraved orders out the same day.
