Yes - we offer two main levels of gift wrapping. In order to keep costs to you down, most of our earrings come in an envelope as standard. You can see this on the product page.

You can upgrade most earrings to come in a branded giftbox for a small fee.

You can also choose to add a branded giftbag, which comes with a polishing cloth at checkout. These can be combined together (box + giftbag) or used on their own.

Sterling silver is 92.5% silver - it is arguably the best composition of silver for jewellery making because it is a lot more durable and harder than pure silver, which is a very soft metal.

You may see .925 mentioned or stamped on some pieces, this refers to the 92.5% silver in the item.

The remaining 7.5% is usually made up of copper, zinc and other metals.

When we say our items are made from Recycled metal, this is metal (Sterling Silver and 9ct Gold) that has been melted down and made into our products. The products themselves have not been worn and are all brand new.

This is more environmentally friendly than mining for new metal and reduces the amount of labour involved in creating our jewellery Not all our products are made from recycled metal yet, but most are. We are working towards increasing this number

If you choose next day shipping and order before 4pm Monday To Friday, then you will receive your item the next day.

Tracked 24 usually takes 24-48 hours, Tracked 48 (Free Shipping, when you spend £30) takes 48-72 hours. These are typical estimates.

If you need the item for a wedding or event in a few days, we highly recommend choosing Next Day shipping to avoid disappointment!

Our studs are measured by their diameter - the distance from one side to the other of the actual stud part of the earring (excluding the pin and back). This gives a sense of the size of the stud in your ear.

Whichever you like - there are no rules. The old idea that one side meant something specific is long outdated. Most people simply choose the ear they feel looks best, or the side that suits their hairstyle. If you already have piercings on one ear, adding a stud to the other can help balance things out.

This collection sits within our men's range, and traditionally men tend to wear a single stud - so selling them individually makes sense. Many people prefer to wear just one stud earring as a style choice, or they may only have one ear pierced.

That said, anyone can shop this collection, and if you'd like a matching pair just add two to your basket. Selling singles also means you can mix and match styles - a skull on one side and a stone on the other, for instance. Sterling silver won't be damaged by a quick shower, but regular exposure to water, (especially salt water) sweat, shampoo and chlorine will speed up tarnishing. For everyday gym sessions or swimming, we'd recommend taking your stud out and storing it somewhere safe.

Tarnishing is not the end of the world - if you do leave it in, just give it a gentle clean with a silver polishing cloth and it'll come up good as new.
