Sterling Silver Bracelets

Every bracelet in this collection is solid .925 sterling silver the whole way through, not plated. If you would rather have a gold or rose gold finish, our plated bracelets use sterling silver as the base metal with a layer of gold over the top, and you will find those in our full bracelet range rather than here.

Most of our sterling silver bracelets are 7 or 8 inches, which covers the majority of adult wrists. We also stock 6 inch bracelets for smaller wrists, and a range of adjustable styles that slide to fit. To measure your own wrist, wrap a strip of paper around it where the bracelet would sit, mark where it overlaps and hold it against a ruler, then allow a little extra room so it moves comfortably.

Our chain styles include curb, belcher, figaro and box link. Beyond chains you will find charm bracelets, ID bracelets with an engravable plate, beaded designs, and fine bracelets that work well layered together. Sterling silver is 92.5% silver - it is arguably the best composition of silver for jewellery making because it is a lot more durable and harder than pure silver, which is a very soft metal.

You may see .925 mentioned or stamped on some pieces, this refers to the 92.5% silver in the item.

The remaining 7.5% is usually made up of copper, zinc and other metals.

It can, over time — tarnishing is a natural reaction between silver and the air, not a sign of poor quality. How quickly it happens depends on how you store and wear your pieces. Perfume, moisturiser, chlorine and salt water can all speed things up. The good news is that tarnishing is easy to reverse — a quick buff with a silver polishing cloth will bring your jewellery straight back to life.

Store your pieces in a sealed bag or jewellery box when you're not wearing them — exposure to air is what causes tarnishing. Put jewellery on after applying perfume and hand cream, not before. Remove pieces before swimming, cleaning, or exercising. A gentle wipe with a soft cloth after wearing goes a long way, and a silver polishing cloth will handle anything that's already darkened.

A bangle is a rigid piece of jewellery that holds its shape, while a bracelet is flexible, usually made from a chain or linked sections. Bangles slip over your hand or open with a hinge, whereas bracelets typically fasten with a clasp. We stock both - browse our bracelets if you're after something with more movement.

Of course, we offer 30 days returns on all our products, with the only exception being personalised or engraved items.

As these are custom and we're unable to sell them after they've been customised, we cannot accept returns of personalised or engraved items unless they are proved to be faulty
