what is the good work standard?
the mayor of london’s good work standard was officially launched in summer 2019, as part of sadiq khan’s commitment to making london the best city in the world to work. by participating in the scheme, businesses are measured against a set of criteria including fair pay, working conditions, employee wellbeing, the availability of skills training, progression and diversity in recruitment.
by signing up to the good work standard, we’ve signalled that at jewellerybox we are committed to a healthy, fair and inclusive workplace.
