Capture her heart in your hands with the Irish Claddagh symbol of love, where two hands hold a heart with a crown above. This ring would be a lovely September birthday gift, as the heart features the September birthstone - a sapphire cubic zirconia crystal. The heart setting measures 6mm high, 6mm wide and 4mm deep. Made from sterling silver stamped with a 925 metal mark, the ring has a band width of 2mm and is available in sizes I to U. Select the ring size you require from the dropdown menu.
