    "Item is lovely. Good thick silver and pretty rose gold plating. Quite large I think would fit about 8 of the floating charms tbh. I had a bit if a nightmare getting my perfect necklace though as ended up sending one back TWICE as had huge stain on the pendant. However jewellery box dealt with it all very promptly with no extra cost and only a little inconvenience to me so overall happy."
