This 9ct yellow gold belly bar has two clear crystals. The larger 6mm round crystal is set in four claws at the bottom of the 15Ga bar, whilst the other round crystal is set into a 4mm ball which the pin screws into to secure it. This smaller crystal sits flush in a rubover setting.
