"These are lovely earrings, the issue is that the chain part of the earring, which should pull through the ear, doesn't even come close to going through my ear so i can't wear them. it's wider in diameter - and of course rougher - than a standard size earring post and it just won't go through. I'm not sure how best to contact you about it as it looks like I can only return if the packaging is unopened. I'd appreciate your advice on this. Thank you"
