"The bracelet was a lovely piece, purchased together with a 9ct gold and floating pearl necklace, but unfortunately both items are a little too fine and delicate for the intended recipient so reluctantly I had to return them. However, the ordering, delivery, return and refund processes at jewellerybox. co. uk cannot be faulted and they will be top of my search list when I am next looking for jewellery gifts."
