"Lovely gift but before I gave birthday present looked at it found chain was knotted round the catch very difficult to undo nearly sent it back as didn't want to damage the chain luckily after 10minutes managed to undo it with out breaking it wasn't happy as new gift come on shape yourself this isn't cricket"
