"The earring was much thinner and smaller than I anticipated so it wasn't right for me. JB customer service were amazing allowing me to quickly, and easily, exchange it for something bigger. No hassle at all. I would give 5 stars for customer service and only gave 4 as the product wasn't right for me."
"Really happy with my new earring. Only slight issue is the join being sharp, as it swivels round and catches my ear some times uncomfortably. Minor thing though. Would order again is it's the first earring that's not hurt my ear since having it done material wise"
