This necklace is very small,. . .

"This necklace is very small, shiny but too delicate. I had yet to wear it but your request for feedback made me try it and the chain is so fine I only picked it up and it quickly twisted into a small knot next to the fastening area and another knot just above the star. I've tried to gently free both knots for 45 minutes without success & it is unwearable - ¬£51 for something I can never now wear. I've tried completing a return online but the form will not select this item to return."
