"I ordered two of these - an aurora borealis and a peridot. Both lost their gems in a week or two just through normal use. I asked for a replacement aurora borealis and a refund for the peridot which was sorted out quickly. I’m going to keep the aurora borealis for special occasions as I don’t think it will stand up to everyday use."
