"I thought delivery may take a couple of days longer due to having this item personalised but it arrived within 2 days! Great service as always from jewellery box. The cut out heart detail is on the right hand side not left like pictured but this is not a problem, really pretty necklace, very happy with it."

"A lovely, delicate piece of jewellery. I bought this for my daughter's 12th birthday and it will be perfect for her. It was very easy to order and arrived within couple of days. It was beautifully packaged in a simple brown paper box and tied with string. The handwritten "thank you " and chocolate coin were lovely touches. I ordered engraving on the bar and the choice of font was very pretty. Necklace is a perfect length and the bar is the right size for a young girl. My only criticism would be that the engraving is fairly faint but when considering the price it is excellent value."
