"I used to buy these chains from this website because they were the only chains whose clasp did not rip my hair out. However, when the price went up, I bought elsewhere only for clasps to continue to rip my hair out, so I came back to buy from here. Unfortunately, the clasps are not the same long oval shape they used to be, but are the round ones which, you guessed it, rip my hair out. Disappointing. The hunt continues for a chain with a clasp that doesn't do this."
