"The stone balls are not attached well enough onto the earring and because the end of the earring was dented, the back was really hard to remove and one of the balls came off (first time wearing them. . . ). Not good enough quality very disappointed."

"The tiny ball came apart from the rest of the earing on the first time they were removed from the packaging and these earrings have subsequently never been worn. They are not fit for purpose. . . I would not recommend these earrings. Not able to return them due to original packing being thrown away (Xmas present for daughter) although they have never been worn. Going to ask for a refund. Pretty earrings, but sadly there are unwearable."
