Need to measure? Two quick ways

1. Paper strip: wrap a narrow strip of paper snugly around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure to the mark in mm. Enter it above as the circumference.
2. A ring that fits: measure across the inside of the band at its widest point, inner edge to inner edge, in mm. Enter it above as the inside diameter.

Measure at the end of the day, and if you land between sizes, choose the larger one.
