"Really disappointed. The chain and padlock are beautiful, however it did not fit a child. Maybe it would fit a toddler. The size stated 5 inch chain. The size should not include the extender. Plus the overall size, chain and extender only measured 4. 5 inches. It is of no use to me as it did not fit the child and I simply do not have time to return it."
