The cross is just what. . .

"The cross is just what I wanted for my glass locket. When it arrived I noticed that a stone was missing, I didn't open the packet but phoned the Jewellery Box who were so helpful. The replacement arrived the next day! Excellent service and the replacement was just perfect. Nice and sparkly."
