Made of sterling silver, each stud has a 3.5mm, star shaped cz crystal set into the end and held by a claw style setting. The stud itself is 6mm long and has a gauge measurement of 24Ga. The ball end style means you simple insert it into your nose, and the ridge ball keeps the stud firmly in place.
