"I bought 4 of these Sterling Silver and CZ heart-shaped lockets on 16inch silver chains. These were gifts for our Gala Day Attendants 4 x 12 year old girls. I phoned and asked for advice on the font to use for personalising the lockets, and the length of chain to choose. The person I spoke with was very helpful indeed. The lockets really are lovely quality for the price and the engraving was just right. I felt the display boxes were slightly flimsy and rather small, though very cute. However the Attendants loved everything about their gifts! Each one had the girl's first name on the front and our gala name and the year on the back. I would certainly buy from Jewellery Box again."
