"The item is very good quality and was well received by my nephew. There was an issue with postage that was not the fault of jewellery box. Upon contacting them to say the item had not been delivered, they arranged for a replacement to be sent. Great customer service. Just a note, if you're sending abroad (this was France) allow at least 4 weeks for delivery ."
