"On one of the earrings the panda's ear is bent back at 90 degrees such that it would dig in to the ear if worn (as well as looking awful) and the enamel of the panda's face fell off. Dreadful quality control, there's no way the ear got bent in shipping, you'd need a strong grip with pliers to bend it."
