"Chain and locket are great quality, a bit let down at the positioning of the engraving. I had two words engraved on the back and they're on one line together and barely readable - maybe I should have specified I would be happy for them to be on two separate lines if it made the text clearer, or bigger font. A preview tool for the engraving would be really handy to see how it would come out."
