This sterling silver necklace has a heart-shaped token pendant set with a genuine diamond. The heart hangs vertically from a jump ring strung along a belcher chain which can be supplied in lengths from 14 to 28 inches. The stone is flush set into a five pointed star cut-out in the topmost curve of the heart.
