"I bought these and was really excited as they look beautiful but the closing mechanism is incredibly difficult to get closed, let alone once they're in my ear so I've not been able to wear them at all."

"I ordered the small hoops. They are very well made and the the delivery time was good but I couldn't get the hoops open, if I could I couldn't get them close once in my ears. My daughter tried as she has smaller more nimble fingers than me couldn't open them. So now I have 4pairs of earrings I can't wear. Very dissapointing."
