"This is lovely locket and chain. I bought it for my granddaughter as a keepsake after her first pony died, and put some of his hair and fur in each side. She was delighted, and wears it all the time. When it arrived, the chain was much too long. I called them and a replacement chain was with me the morning after. Very fast and efficient service, and a lovely product - what's not to like!"
