Treat a September baby to something a little different with this vibrant sapphire nose ring. 7 crystals decorate the side of the hoop, with each one measuring 1mm and the hoop itself has a 10mm diameter. With a gauge of 23Ga, this means you could also wear it in a helix piercing instead. It's just 0.1g and has a 925 stamp for sterling silver.
