"Extremely disappointed. Specifically bought these as it describes a hinged opening. This is false advertising, they do not have a hinged opening at all. I am trying to contact jewellerybox for a refund as they mis-sold these earrings."
"Hi - I've opened these only to discover that the hoops are not hinged they are more like a normal sleeper fastening, have I been sent the correct ones as these look more like the cheaper version SKU: PGD-205 for £19. 00. I've tried putting them in but the wire bends and then I can't get them back in the fastening, would someone please look into this for me. Many Thanks"
