Don't be put off by their tiny size though, these gold plated sterling silver sleeper hoops look amazing when you have multiple piercings or just if you prefer a more discrete look. We also think they're fab for kids (if you can get them to sit still!). We have guides on our website to help with fitting these miniature hoops and trust us they're worth the work and are sure to stay in place once secured.
