Their small size and secure sleeper fastening make them especially perfect if you have recently healed piercings and need to wear earrings through the day and night. Although a little fiddly to fit they offer the most secure fastening option and are also ideal for children's smaller lobes. The hoops measure just 1mm thick and weigh 0.2 grams for the pair.
